Turn Around Time
Current turn around time is 1-2 weeks from the end of  drop day. This does not include holidays. You can email us at hey@iamtmapparel.com for updates on your order!

Shipping

We ship via USPS priority first class. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be scanned in and for tracking to be updated! Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days of being shipped. 

Refunds & Exchanges

You are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours, we can no longer offer you a refund unless there is an error on our end. We understand that mishaps occur, and in the event that you made a mistake on your order, you have 48 hours to make any changes. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly work with you to exchange it!
